Thirty-five years ago today Mom became a grandma for the first time!!

Silly Cousins!

Dakota and Clara

Last week Brittany and the kids came down to Trilby's so Evan could play with the boys. Since she was so close, Clara and I decided to go up there too. This was the first time that I had seen Dakota and Brittany saw Clara. The girls are only a couple weeks apart but Clara is definitely more filled out than Dakota. I didn't get a great picture of them together but here is a couple that I got.

Happy Birthday Travis! 32 years young!

Cheerful Grayson!

Trina, Tanner, and Grayson were over to visit on Sunday. Now, I know that some of you think he spends too much time crying, but I wanted to show you how happy he is.

He wasn't too sure of Grandpa to start with, but he quickly warmed up.

And he entertained himself for quite a while with just his feet and toes!

County Fair!

County fair has come and gone and State Fair is just around the corner. That means summer is almost over and I am just now getting some pictures of the boys showing their calves posted!
Cael showed first, so Travis, Chance, and I missed seeing him in the ring and talking to the judge. We did make it in time to take pictures after he got his trophy! This was his first year with a bottle calf and he did a good job. We will see if he wants to do it again next year.

Chance enjoyed getting passed from person to person and seeing all the calves.

Finally Payton showed. This is was his second year, so he knew what to expect.

And here he is after the show with his trophy! We were so glad we could make it over for the show and proud of the good job they both did. Next year will be Payton's first year in 4-H which will be even more fun...and more work!

August 3rd, 1981 brought us our little red headed daughter.  Tasha turns 29 today.  Now she has her own little daughter.

Great pictures. Hope everyone had a good time. Next time Hopefully we can get together for no reason. And just visit. After everyone left I had an empty nest feeling. Glad ya'll made it home.
